Premonition -- Classified as a passive power.

Phoebe's premonitions enable her to experience retrocognitive and precognitive visions of events throughout time. In laymen's terms she is able to witness events of the past or future through psychic induced visions. The power is rooted from her own mystical abilities, her natural intuition allows her mind's eye to project itself into the past or future and view occurrences that have or will take place. Her premonitions are triggered in two ways, through touch or heavy psychic residue.

When experiencing a premonition Phoebe's eyes snap shut and within her "mind's eye" she witnesses from an outside perspective the events of the past or future. Sometimes her visions are experienced through a specific point of view, her own or another's.

Through her premonition her future empathic powers are foreshadowed, as she is able to sense and feel the emotions of the individuals in her premonitions. This trait leaves her open to channeling psychic links with certain individuals who share her power allowing her to experience their pain and emotions, not to mention their physical wounds.

Phoebe also possesses a heightened intuition allowing her to sense things more so than her sisters would, such as invisible creatures like Muses.

Levitation -- Classified as an active power.

The psychic or magical ability to screen the physical body from the effects of gravity and thus rise off the ground. This is the first power Phoebe develops as an extension of her premonition. Although since receiving it, Phoebe was never fully aware of how this power grew from her signature power of premonition.

Since levitation is classified as a psychic power, it can be argued that this ability stemmed from her premonitions tapping into psi energy. Instead of simply using the energy to project her "mind's eye" into the past or future via her premonitions, she can also tap into the energy and use it to effortlessly construct a screen that shields her from the planet's gravitational pull. The act of using this power stems from pure force of will on Phoebe's part, the shield instinctively coming up once she desires to be lifted off the ground.

Combining her power of levitation with her martial arts knowledge makes Phoebe a deadly foe, effective turning her into a "floating ninja". Her power was once stationary, but she has mastered the ability enough to glide through the air. Through this she can place a stronger force behind her kicks, making her attacks powerful enough to throw a foe several feet through the air or render them unconscious.

Telempathy -- Classified as a passive power.

In alternate season six of the virtual series Phoebe develops a second "extension" power from her premonitions called telempathy. Telempathy is a power that allows the communication of basic feelings and emotion between a small number of individuals. Unlike those with empathy, with her telempathy Phoebe can both read and project feelings and emotion.

This dual aspect of her power allows her to use it as a psychological weapon against humans and other foes. By implanting emotions of love, hate, fear, and so on Phoebe can influence the actions of other beings or render them into a state of confusion and paranoia.

Like any other empathic person Phoebe can create a mental shield that blocks the effects of her power, as of now it is difficult to accomplish but over time it will grow to be automatically enforce at all times, unless she actively pulls the shield down to access her powers.
